Some things I help folks with…

  • ~ Does your desire to do well at your job conflict with the emotional and physical toll that your work is having on your life?

~ Do you only look forward to weekends and vacations? Do you feel guilty for even taking time off?

~ Do you feel exhausted at the very idea of work? Do the ‘Sunday Scaries’ feel very real?

~ Do you feel like your work is meaningful, but the current circumstances are no longer sustainable?

You need support too! We’ll work together on limit and boundary setting with yourself and others. We’ll explore what’s no longer serving you personally, professionally, and systemically. It’s time to prioritize what will sustain and invigorate you.

  • ~ Do you struggle with a ‘case of the overs?’ - overachieving, overdoing, overthinking, overapologizing, overproducing, overexplaining…

~ Are you that person who’s organized, planful, perfectionistic, and self-reliant, who does and thinks of everything?

~ Do you struggle with disappointment, failure, and rejection and do everything in your power to prevent these feelings?

~ Do you have difficulties with slowing down and practicing stillness? Do you feel like everything you do requires a sense of urgency?

~ Do you find that you’re constantly comparing yourself to others and have a harsh inner critic?

~ Do you feel like you just can’t get out of your own head and you wish you could just turn your thoughts off?

We’ll work together to reduce anxiety’s grip and help you feel more at ease with yourself, your decisions, and your relationships. It’s time to focus less on DOING and more on BEING.

  • ~ Have you been told that you’re ‘too sensitive’ or ‘too emotional’?

~ Have you told yourself that you just need to have ‘thicker skin’ and ‘not take things so personally’?

~ Do you feel easily overstimulated, maybe by loud noises, crowds, or conflict?

~ Do you feel particularly unsettled by changes and transitions?

~ Do you tend to feel emotionally and physically depleted after certain interactions?

~ Do you often feel misunderstood by others and wonder if there’s something wrong with you?

~ Do you identify as neurodivergent, an empath, or a HSP?

We’ll explore what it means to be a highly sensitive human so you can develop a deeper appreciation of yourself. It’s time to meet yourself with the non-judgment and compassion you need to move from confusion to clarity.

  • ~ Do you wonder how your parents/caregivers impacted the way you see yourself, view others, and experience the world?

~ Are you learning that as you get older, there are beliefs/patterns that are no longer working for you?

~ Do you feel like you’re a burden, unlovable, invisible, or unworthy?

~ Have you been trying to set boundaries with your family, but you’re left feeling guilty or unheard?

~ Are you feeling unsettled about your role in these relationships and how to effectively move forward?

We’ll explore your origin story (how you came to be) to help you better understand your past and how it’s shaped your present. It’s time to gain new perspectives so you can shed what no longer serves you.

Rates and insurance information

~Out of network/private pay rate: $175/session

You can pay for sessions online through my HIPAA-compliant platform with any major credit or debit card. This includes Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards, which are typically offered through your employer benefits.

If you have a PPO insurance plan, you may be eligible to use your out of network (OON) benefits for reimbursement. If you qualify for OON benefits, I will send you what’s called a “superbill” each month to submit to your insurance company. It’s basically an invoice that breaks down how much you’ve paid in therapy costs. Your insurance company will then send any eligible reimbursement directly to you.

Many folks have OON benefits, but may not understand how to use them. I highly recommend chatting with your insurance company to learn about your OON benefits and the process of submitting superbill claims. Here are some questions to ask them:

  • Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health coverage?

  • What is my out-of-network deductible?

  • How much of my deductible has been met this year?

  • Do I need a referral from an in-network provider to see someone out-of-network?

  • What percentage of outpatient psychotherapy sessions are covered per session?

  • How much will I be reimbursed for a psychotherapy session (CPT code: 90834)

  • How do I submit claim forms for reimbursement?

  • How long does it take for me to receive reimbursement?

Self-investment

When you invest in therapy, you’re investing in your long-term well-being. Kind of like contributing to a 401k is investing in your long-term financial well-being. If you’re struggling with your mental health, it’s essential to take care of yourself. The impact of not seeking professional help can have a ripple effect on other aspects of your life, impacting your job, health, and relationships.

You are worth it.
