Rates and insurance
Out of network/private pay rate: $200 for a 55-minute session
You can pay for sessions online with any major credit or debit card. This includes Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards, which are typically offered through your employer benefits.
Depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible to use your out of network (OON) benefits. If you qualify for OON benefits, your insurance company will regularly need a superbill (an invoice that breaks down how much you’ve paid in therapy costs) for you to get reimbursed.
I work with Thrizer to simplify the out of network process for my clients. This service automatically verifies your benefits, submits superbills on your behalf, and allows you to only pay a copay for sessions after you meet your deductible. During our consult call, I can help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits and how much your copay would be. More on Thrizer here.
Self-investment
When you invest in therapy, you’re investing in your long-term well-being. Kind of like contributing to a 401k is investing in your long-term financial well-being. If you’re struggling with your mental health, it’s essential to take care of yourself. The impact of not seeking professional help can have a ripple effect on other aspects of your life, impacting your job, health, and relationships.
you are worth it.
“We know deep in our bones that getting by is not the full human experience - we want depth, meaning, purpose.”
